Payment

• Provisional bookings may be made and will be held for 1 week before the deposit must be paid. The booking is not fully valid until the deposit has been received by us.
• A 35% booking deposit must be paid upon booking to our Spanish bank account:

• The full balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Where an outstanding balance remains unpaid after the due date has elapsed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply the relevant cancellation charges.
• No allowance can be made for a house not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Included in price:

• (cooking)gas, electricity, water, (in wintertime) electric heating;
• once a week bedlinen, towels (2 per person), tea and kitchen towel;
• welcome pack including: bottle of wine, bread, milk, butter, marmelade, coffee, tea and bottled water.  

We trust you in leaving the house in the same state as you had found it. If you prefer we can take care of the final or extra cleaning at additional costs of € 30, to be paid upon arrival.

Not included in price:

• In Finca Deseo you'll find a wood burner. The price of the fire wood is not included en depends on the quantity you use.
• Please bring your own towels for beach and pool beds.
   

Breakage deposit

Upon your arrival we ask you a breakage deposit of EUR 50, We reserve the right to deduct any charges relating to breakages from the deposit, or to withhold any costs incurred by additional cleaning having arisen from the property being left in a less than satisfactory state. Guests are asked to replace breakages, wherever possible, prior to their departure, or at the very least notify us at the earliest opportunity.
