This is the largest of the two houses and the original main house. It has a large living room and open plan kitchen diner. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (of which 1 bedroom is en-suite).

There’s a covered veranda at the back of the house through which one enters the garden with the south-facing sun terrace and (unheated) swimming pool (open throughout the year). The veranda is accessible through opening doors from the living and dining room. The covered terrace has a tiled bench, table and chairs. 

There are also wide terraces at the front of the house with a table, chairs and sunshade. On a lower level are two further terraces with sun-loungers under the olive-tree and a small fountain. Both terraces at the front and the back have night lighting.
